Dealing with latercase (Nick) was a great experience, normally anytime issues come up I hate the communication and steps that need to be taken. I ordered a s23 ultra case and followed the tracking info as it mDe its way to my location. After the expected day for it to arrive I checked tracking again and started seeing the package go back and forth between two locations. After a few days of no progress I contacted later case and within 24hours they looked at tracking and had a new case shipped out. A+ for service.
